Please find below the instructions for preparing and submitting your poster presentation for the conference.

Submission deadline: 12 November 2026, 16:00 (local time)

Please submit your poster in both Microsoft PowerPoint (.ppt or .pptx) and PDF formats to the following e-mail addresses:

Poster Preparation Instructions

  • The poster must consist of one (1) slide and must be prepared in English.
  • The official conference template must be used without modifying the poster size or page orientation.
  • The poster should not contain videos, animations, or animated GIFs, as all posters will be converted to PDF format and published on the conference website.
  • The poster dimensions must be 33.13 inches (width) × 46.84 inches (height) (A0, portrait orientation).
  • Please ensure that all text, figures, and tables are clear and easily readable.

We kindly ask you to submit your files before the deadline to allow sufficient time for verification and preparation of the poster exhibition.
